Last night, I got some cold and can not sleep well. Lexapro 10 mg, Fa ta lai jon herbs, vitamin C, and paracetamol are taken.
Mangosteen spray helps a lot with my sore throat. Anti Histamin helps,too. But, using nose drops too much is not good for your inside nostrils. I feel much better this morning.

Doctors claimed that SSRI (Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors) help balance chemicals in my head. I believe that I can balance the chemicals by myself. I first took Anafranil 25 years ago. It is too long, and I am ready to quit. Tomorrow, I will talk to my doctor to set withdrawal plan.
